Types of surgery we offer
Our surgeons employ leading-edge surgical techniques to prioritize your overall well-being. We focus on your individual healthcare needs to provide you with the best possible treatment.
Bariatric surgery
If you are living with obesity, you may be eligible for surgery that can help you reduce your stomach size. Bariatric surgery decreases the amount of food you can eat at a meal, resulting in calorie reduction and potentially leading to weight loss.
Our surgeons offer three common bariatric procedures:
- Gastric bypass — During a gastric bypass, the size of your stomach is reduced and a portion of the small intestine is bypassed.
- Gastric sleeve — During a gastric sleeve, your stomach is divided into two sections and a new, smaller stomach is created from one of the sections.
- Revision weight loss surgery — Revision weight loss surgery is used to make revisions to a gastric bypass or a gastric sleeve surgery if the desired weight loss results were not achieved.
