Primary care services
We encourage you to schedule routine screenings and make healthy choices in your daily life. This helps doctors catch any health concerns early, as well as increases your chances of successful treatment.
Diagnostic testing
To ensure the most accurate diagnosis, our facilities offer routine diagnostic testing, including:
- Electrocardiogram (EKG) — This test is used to measure the electrical activity of your heart.
- Point of care (POC) testing — These tests are used to confirm conditions such as pregnancy, strep throat or flu.
- Prothrombin time/international normalized ratio (PT/INR) testing — We use these tests to diagnose issues with blood clotting or excess bleeding.
- Spirometry testing — This test is used to measure a your ability to inhale and exhale.
Vaccinations we offer
Our physicians can administer a number of immunizations, including:
- COVID-19 vaccine — We offer this vaccine to individuals 12 years old and older. You can schedule an appointment by calling your primary care office, or asking your provider about getting the shot at your next visit.
- Human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine — The human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccines we offer help prevent six different types of cancer, including cervical cancer in women and oropharyngeal cancer in men.
- Seasonal flu vaccine — Our doctors provide influenza vaccines, often called flu shots, that protect against the influenza viruses that research indicates are most common during the upcoming season.

Urgent care
Open seven days a week, 365 days a year, our urgent care center provides care for conditions that aren't an immediate, serious threat to your life or health. It is also the place to go when you need medical treatment outside of your primary care physician's regular office hours. Our board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners and physicians assistants offer sports and camp physicals, as well as COVID-19 testing.
We accept most major insurance providers and self-pay options. You can choose to make an appointment at our urgent care online or simply walk-in and receive care. If you experience severe pain, bleeding, symptoms of labor, chest pain or difficulty breathing, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for immediate treatment.
Veteran care
We are proud to provide high-quality treatments and services to veterans who have served time in the military. Our team members work to understand your unique challenges and meet your healthcare needs in our primary care offices and urgent care facilities.
Women's healthcare
We provide comprehensive primary care services for women during all stages of life. An annual check-up includes a complete physical exam and allows your provider time to discuss lifestyle habits, order crucial screening tests and review or update immunizations. This is the chance for you and your provider to set a baseline for your overall health and notice when and if changes happen.
